MarketInOut Solutions FZCO provides online stock screening tools and market data for informational purposes. The free version is limited; Pro memberships unlock full results, sorting and pagination.

2. Accounts

Pro accounts are created after a completed payment. Your login is the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared or resold.

3. Payments and refunds

Memberships are one-time payments for a fixed term (6, 12 or 24 months) and do not auto-renew. A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase - see the FAQ.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, redistribute or resell the data, attempt to access the data API directly, interfere with the operation of the service, or use automated tools to extract content.

5. No advice

Nothing on this site is investment advice. See the Disclaimer.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketInOut Solutions FZCO is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
