When you purchase a membership we receive your name and email address from our payment processor (Stripe). Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. When you contact us we store the name, contact reason and message you submit.

How we use it

We use your email address to create your account, send login details, service notifications and renewal reminders. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data transfer and storage

Data transfer between your device and our servers is protected by SSL encryption. Personal data is stored on secure servers in a protected data center and retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
